Day after day, we start something and end something. How do we measure our strides in the right direction? How do we make sure we stay on track? Some people use calendars, vision boards and quarterly meetings. No matter what you have to stay focused. Having purpose fuels what you do. Loving what you do pushes you to complete it. What’s important to you? Are you measuring it accurately?
What do you want to do?
Why do you want to do it?
How will your life improve when you complete it?
What habits will you stop? What habits will you start?
Who will help to hold you accountable?
How do you balance your time and how you show up?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Sticking to the plan will be easy because… what are the things you will do?
Do you make daily or weekly alarms?
How do you structure your lifestyle?
All of these questions need your answers and it starts when you start. We can’t keep looking for someone outside of who we our to fix our problems. Do your research about what you want to do, be consistent and have faith in your vision. It is easy to focus on where you want to be in life and miss all the hard work you completed along the way. Give yourself some credit, you are allowed to be human. #growth #measurement
