10 Summer Skin care Tips

  1. Find a gentle face wash cleanser and wash face 2 times a day.

  2. Change your pillow case often, use silk if you can.

  3. Find a good antioxidant serum to use at night.

  4. You want a lightweight moisturizer to wear during the day

  5. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day.

  6. Try to lower your coffee and sugar intake for a natural glow

  7. Exfoliate your skin 2 times per week

  8. Take your vitamin C, Vitamin E and eat salad 3-4 times per week

  9. Try to get 8 hrs of sleep for entrepreneurs ( try 6) per night
